Warren Tapp is completing a PhD thesis on the training of Directors of licensed clubs in Australia. As part of this research, he is keen to conduct a survey amongst NSW club directors to measure the effectiveness of mandatory training for directors and gather other relevant data for this thesis. This survey is entirely voluntary, and no names will be identified in the results, only aggregate data.

Participant Information Statement.

The CMAA has kindly invited all their NSW members to forward the survey to all their directors to complete, if they agree to do so. It will only be for current directors of licensed clubs in NSW and will take about 30minutes to complete online. All participants will be emailed a copy of the final survey results. Your reply will have your email address, but this will be used only to track responses and to send the final report back to you. All data received will be destroyed within one year of receipt and not provided to any other party or person. CMAA will also receive a copy of the final report and results with no names listed at all, only the aggregate results. The Thesis may be published on completion, but again, only with aggregate results, with no names or club details. Apart from about 30minutes of your time, there are no risks to you at all, and no costs to you. You can ask for your results to be withdrawn at any time within 14 days of the closing of the survey, which will be open for 30 days from your receipt of the survey to complete.
