Warren Tapp
Warren has had 30 years of experience advising and training Boards in the commercial, not for profit, government and Club industries. He has also been a Director or Chair of 26 Boards or Committees, including Clubs.
His qualifications include an MBA, a Master of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is currently completing a PhD in Not for Profit Governance. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has published two books on Board governance.
Geoff Wohlsen
Geoff Wohlsen has been an advisor to the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years. He has been training and advising in governance for clubs, charities and not-for-profits for most of that time and has spoken at national conferences on the topic.
Geoff has gained degree qualifications in Law and Economics as well as completing the Barristers Practice Course at QUT. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
